Hands-down, the Cheyenne poolstick by Sierra Custom Pool Sticks is one of the most beautiful cues you will ever hold. The custom cuemakers at Sierra have always stressed materials and workmanship over flashiness. Here, you see a great balance in attractive wood tones, using accent features to bring out the beauty of the wood itself. The forearm is a lightly cinnamon-stained birdseye maple. It is spliced with three tall and thin ebony points, alternating with three shorter thin points. The wraps, double-pressed and polished Irish linen, black with white specks, are set off with silver rings. The butt sleeve, one of the best looking parts of this cue, is done in two parts. The top 4/5 of it is a piece of cinnamon-stained curly maple. The grain of this wood is simply incredible! |
